The full Stemmler Farms experience in a box! Subscribe either weekly or bi-weekly to receive a farm box delivery to your door every Friday, as long as you meet the delivery requirements. Check the FAQ section for details.

This is a year-round subscription option that you are NOT locked into. You can stay subscribed for as long as you like, take a break and come back, or simply unsubscribe if you decide that it does not fall within your budget.

As seasons change, the items in our Farm Box will too. For the current winter 2023-24 season, here is an overview of what we have growing that you can expect to see in your boxes:

  • Leafy greens such as: Arugula, Dwarf Siberian Kale, White Russian Kale, Red Russian Kale, Tuscan Kale, Butterhead Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Long-Standing Spinach, Mustard-Spinach, Swiss Chard, Watercress

  • Microgreens such as: Kohlrabi, Kale, Broccoli, Brussel, Arugula, Mustard, Basil, Rainbow Swiss Chard, Alfalfa

  • Herbs such as: Parsley, Basil (multiple types available), Thyme, Italian & Greek Oregano, Lemon Balm, Garlic Chive, Regular Chive, Peppermint, Nettle, Dill, Fenugreek, Cumin, Lemon Grass, Tarragon, Borage, Mugwort, St. John’s Wort

    • Herbs will come freshly cut, dried, in the form of an herbal tea or tincture, or curated into culinary spices.

  • Small selection of greenhouse veggies: Tomatoes, beets, radish

  • Partnering with local vendors to offer your favorite Farmers Market finds such as: local jam, honey, coffee, plant-based coffee alternatives, pickled and canned goods, fresh baked goods, etc.

  • An occasional houseplant or cut flower to add some extra color during gloomy months.
